Are you all kidding me. If the person thinks that he is going to find someone to deliver a clone of bible.com for $1500 they should really beware of who is going to promise them that. $1500 is just going to get you the layout. There are so many db driven things on that site that it will taken much more time and resources to fine-tune the application, not to mention that the whole datasource must be available for this to be done. Seriously if someone is capable of producing that level of interaction, I have a few jobs I would like to hire you for. Dave

You need to increase your max budget for anyone to accept this unless you are just wanting a bible template which if I were you would just use a wordpress theme. I am saying I can complete the project in 100 days if you want all the databases and such.
